All content of A&E Game Innovations and all copyrights, trademarks, design rights, patents, and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) within the Services belong to A&E Game Innovations and/or its partners or applicable third parties. Each user retains all ownership, responsibility, and/or other applicable rights to their user-generated content, but grants A&E Game Innovations a license to use that user-generated content. A&E Game Innovations and/or its partners or third parties retain all ownership, responsibility, and/or other applicable rights to all A&E Game Innovations content. Unless specifically stated otherwise in these terms, no content grants you any rights or licenses to use any A&E Game Innovations content, including any content owned or controlled by our partners or other third parties. You agree not to copy, publish, display, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of materials presented through the Services without our written permission.

License

You are welcome to access and use A&E Game Innovations content and services. We strive to provide users with an excellent experience, so please respect our intellectual property and use A&E Game Innovations content and services as intended. This includes not using any A&E Game Innovations content or services for commercial purposes without our permission. Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right and license to access and use the Services and health and fitness content for your personal, non-commercial purposes, provided that you do not (and do not allow any third party to) copy, modify, create derivative works, reverse engineer, sell, assign, sublicense, grant security interests, transfer, or otherwise commercially exploit any rights in the health and fitness content or Services.

If your email is filtered by your email security system (e.g., "spam" or "junk" folder), or if you fail to update your email address, we are not responsible for your failure to receive notices. Notices sent by email or regular mail will be deemed received forty-eight hours after sending.
